How to Use This (simple, no-pressure)

  • Morning: read once
  • Midday: repeat your one-line anchor
  • Night: say, “Show me how this showed up today” — even tiny examples count. Don’t argue about the size of the evidence

Your RAS doesn’t need force – simply allow it; it needs repetition + safety + expectation.
The RAS strengthens by whatever it is asked to look for and the evidence scanning reinforces the loop between focus – perception – reality.
When old thought patterns arise, say to yourself, “That’s an old pattern, I’m training a new one.” Then, place your attention to a physical sensation – focus on your breathing, or the sensation of your hands or feet, or where you are sitting and how the object is supporting your body. Could be a chair, sofa, the floor, etc.

This re-training takes practice every day. Every day. After a couple of weeks, you will be feeling a difference in you energy and you will be noticing things everyday – they may be small, but they add up and they will be consistent.
